SmartCue - Product Updates to Improve Your Experience
We are dedicated to continuously improving our product and service for our customers. Today we completed several updates to enhance your experience using the platform.
We now track how long each slide is viewed in demos to gain insights into engagement.
We expanded Mixpanel event tracking to capture more interactions and improve understanding of how customers use the product.
Attribution and Insight
URLs now contain tracking parameters so we can properly attribute traffic to sources like social media or newsletters. This helps us optimize the customer journey.
The calculation for average demo time has been adjusted to account for idle time, resulting in a more accurate metric.
Bug Fixes and Issue Resolution
Fixed a bug where empty CTAs were shown. CTAs are now hidden if no links are configured.
Resolved an issue where options did not appear on hover for the outro slide.
Drag and drop functionality has been restored for intro modal slides.
You now can edit the default “Click to view demo” text to better match your brand.
An “eye” icon allows hiding specific steps in your demos, providing more control over content.
An improved theme settings interface simplifies adjusting look and feel.
